The UNESCO Chair at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics is a global academic initiative dedicated to exploring the societal, legal, and ethical dimensions of digital transformation and knowledge-based development.

The Chair promotes international research, dialogue, and policy development to ensure that the growth of knowledge societies is inclusive, ethically grounded, and aligned with human rights and sustainable development.
