The concept of a student family

A "student family" is a marriage where both spouses under the age of 35 are full-time and part-time students of an educational organization (university, secondary vocational education institution), regardless of whether they have children or not. In this case, one of the spouses must be a student of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "PRUE named after G.V. Plekhanov". Single parents (mother, father) with children studying at the University also fall into the category of "student family".
