1. Equip students with the skills, knowledge, and competencies to be professional practitioners in the field of financial management.
2. Equip students with a comprehensive understanding of modern methods and tools applicable in such a field of corporate finance as valuation, considering risk/ return trade-offs, optimizing capital structure and dividend policy as well as to involve them in the decision-making processes in relation to non-standard financial management tasks.
3. Create a platform for research development to enable students to pursue life-long learning and advanced studies in such areas as financial risks’ management, international financial management, managing venture capital, and ESG-financing decisions.
4. Provide students with the knowledge of the current industrial standards in the financial consulting and IAS, financial risk management and financial analytics to meet up-to-date market demand.

1st course

  • Upon completion of the first year, students will have acquired the ability to develop and apply a diverse set of principles and theoretical knowledge to advance a company's development strategy. This includes identifying key factors for growth and competitiveness, analyzing challenges, evaluating risks, and formulating solutions to enhance the company's value. Additionally, students will be equipped to demonstrate and apply advanced skills and concepts, including modern corporate finance models, long-term and short-term financial planning models, as well as methods for assessing and managing current assets
 

2nd course

  • Upon completion of the second year, students will be equipped to demonstrate and apply advanced skills and developments in corporate finance. This includes mastery of advanced concepts and financial models, such as those used in modern corporate finance. Students will also gain proficiency in models for long-term and short-term financial planning, as well as methods for assessing and managing current assets. Additionally, students will acquire specialized knowledge to effectively value financial assets and utilize financial management instruments. Furthermore, students will develop the skills necessary to design, plan, and conduct applied research in the field of corporate finance. They will be able to defend their research results, showcasing advanced skills in their chosen area of expertise within corporate finance.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of main methodological approaches and principles in the field of digital transformation of economics and society, digital business models for digital transformation in different sectors as well as detailed knowledge of digital technologies including AI, blockchain, and other emerging technologies, and their impact on digital transformation.
2. Develop and apply a range of relevant principles and theoretical knowledge of the mobile application development process as well as software tools and frameworks for mobile applications development.
3. Access publicly available big datasets with the purpose of big data mining and knowledge discovery; perform descriptive analytics of big amounts of weakly structured or unstructured data providing overall assessment, summarization, and visualization.
4. Employ business intelligence software, machine learning technologies, and artificial intelligence tools for predictive analysis of big volumes of data and making data-driven decisions.
