      We are pleased to announce that Plekhanov University in Dubai has signed a MoU with the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, solidifying an already growing relationship and paving the way for expanded collaboration. The agreement was formalized in a meeting between Dr. Svetlana Malkarova, Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, and Mr. Almas Tasbolat, Consul General of Kazakhstan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

      The unique integration of Russian academic standards into the rapidly evolving ecosystem of the United Arab Emirates was presented by Dr. Svetlana Malkarova, Vice-Rector of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, at the International Scientific Conference "Scientific and Technological Information for National Systems of Innovation and International Relationships." The scientific forum took place on May 27–28 in Pretoria (South Africa) and in an online format.

      Something special just happened in the global Plekhanov community — the main campus’ annual intensive course “Leaders of REU” has just wrapped up, and we’re proud to share that not one, but two of our bachelor's students were selected among the top students across all Plekhanov branches to be a part of it. Throughout the past week, our students Marina Tikhonova and Edgar Vasiliev took on lectures, company visits, cultural experiences, and hands-on project building in the heart of the Russian capital.
