Test your Knowledge and Skills: Registration is Open for the "All-Russian Economic Test 2026"!

We invite all our compatriots in the UAE, and everyone interested in economics, to take part in the annual nationwide educational event, the "All-Russian Economic Test 2026."

 

Why take part?

The main goals of the All-Russian Economic Test:

• Independent assessment of knowledge: a chance to find out your level of economic literacy and how well you know modern methods and tools for managing personal capital wisely.
• Stronger financial culture: motivating people to improve their well-being and manage their finances sensibly.
• Improving education: analyzing the results helps assess how well the programs at today's schools, colleges, and universities match market realities, and helps shape recommendations for improving the quality of economic education.

Key principles and rules for participation

Free and voluntary: open to everyone, with no fees.
Open to all: anyone fluent in Russian can take part, regardless of age, education level, citizenship, or place of residence.
Uniform standards: the test is held on a single day, begins at the same time for all participants, and is graded by common, objective criteria.

 

How to take the Economic Test online

The online test runs in real time on the official event website: www.diktant.org. You can take it from any computer or mobile device.

Online platform hours: access opens on 14th October from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM Moscow time.

In-person participation at Plekhanov University

A dedicated regional venue has been set up for compatriots and guests living in the UAE at Plekhanov University in Dubai! Location: Plekhanov University in Dubai, Dubai Knowledge Park, Building 19, 3rd floor
