Plekhanov University in Dubai Signs MOU with Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates

We are pleased to announce that Plekhanov University in Dubai has signed a MoU with the Consulate General of Kazakhstan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, solidifying an already growing relationship and paving the way for expanded collaboration. The agreement was formalized in a meeting between Dr. Svetlana Malkarova, Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, and Mr. Almas Tasbolat, Consul General of Kazakhstan in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
This meeting built on a steadily growing relationship between the University and the Consulate General, reflecting a shared commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for the wider community. The memorandum introduces several positive directions for future collaborations that will benefit both the University community and the Kazakhstani community in the UAE.
These planned collaborations will include educational, cultural, scientific, and community focused activities designed to encourage dialogue, knowledge sharing, and intercultural understanding.
