Dr. Svetlana Malkarova Receives Honorary Certificate of the President of the Russian Federation

On the eve of Russia Day, Dr. Svetlana Malkarova, Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, was awarded the prestigious Honorary Certificate of the President of the Russian Federation by the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Valery Falkov.
