The unique integration of Russian academic standards into the rapidly evolving ecosystem of the United Arab Emirates was presented by Dr. Svetlana Malkarova, Vice-Rector of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, at the International Scientific Conference "Scientific and Technological Information for National Systems of Innovation and International Relationships."
