Grow Forward Initiative: Supporting the UAE Community Through Knowledge

Plekhanov University in Dubai is proud to announce the Grow Forward initiative, a free educational program designed to support the UAE community to move forward and thrive in changing times. The initiative will cater to students, professionals, parents, and educators, equipping them with practical skills and thinking tools to approach personal and professional transformation with confidence. The series will begin on April 27 and run until June 2026, hosted on the university campus at Dubai Knowledge Park.
Even with a formal education and years of professional experience, many individuals still find challenges in navigating change, identifying new opportunities, and understanding where their professional potential can truly shine. As a university with a steadily expanding presence across academia and industry in the UAE, we deeply value the business, academic, and wider communities that shape the country’s development. To honor that sentiment and our commitment to lifelong learning, we developed this free-of-charge program to support individuals at every stage of their personal and professional journey. Now is the best time to learn, adapt, and reimagine what is possible. We aim not only to help participants navigate change in their careers and lives, but also to equip them with the mindset and tools to actively overcome obstacles and emerge more confident and capable.
The program will be delivered across three tracks: Business Innovation, Family and AI Literacy, and Languages. It is designed for:
• Professionals in real estate, hospitality, and other industries seeking to discover new growth paths, strengthen adaptability, and better position themselves in changing markets.
• Parents wanting to better understand modern education trends, AI literacy, and how to support their children in a rapidly evolving digital world.
• Educators aiming to enhance their teaching approaches, integrate modern tools, and stay aligned with modern pedagogical developments.
• Anyone looking to upskill, rethink their career direction, or gain clarity on their personal and professional growth journey.
