Dr. Sanjay Nadkarni, Professor at Plekhanov University in Dubai, participated as a plenary speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Innovation and Sustainability in Business Development, hosted by the University of Jammu, India. The conference was jointly organized by ICccR and HRM, California State University, alongside the University of the South Pacific, bringing together leading scholars from around the world.
