Dr. Sanjay Nadkarni, Professor at Plekhanov University in Dubai, participated as a plenary speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Innovation and Sustainability in Business Development, hosted by the University of Jammu, India. The conference was jointly organized by ICccR and HRM, California State University, alongside the University of the South Pacific, bringing together leading scholars from around the world.
Held under the theme “Future of Work: Global Institutions, Policy, Practices, and Perspectives – Transforming Work, Driving Innovation, Sustaining Futures,” the conference served as a platform for in depth dialogue on how organizations, institutions, and societies can adapt to rapidly changing economic and technological landscapes.
