Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, Dr. Svetlana Magometovna Malkarova, by invitation of His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, UAE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, participated in a working meeting with leaders of top international universities.
