Plekhanov University Dubai Partners with Dubai Police to Offer Exclusive Discounts and Scholarships for Esaad Cardholders

The Esaad Card Center at Dubai Police General Headquarters and the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Dubai have signed a joint memorandum of understanding, under which Esaad cardholders and their first-degree relatives will receive a 40% discount on all majors offered by the university.

The university has also provided eight full scholarships to Esaad cardholders and their first-degree relatives who are citizens, worth AED 1,632,000. The agreement was signed on behalf of Plekhanov University by Professor Svetlana Malkarova, Director of the University, and on behalf of Dubai Police by Mona Al Ameri, Director of the Esaad Card Center.

Professor Svetlana Malkarova said: "We are moving forward in our mission to ensure that education in Dubai is more accessible and of higher quality. The memorandum of understanding we signed with the Esaad Card Center provides new and valuable opportunities for students and their families."

Mona Al Ameri emphasized that this agreement aligns with the center's commitment to securing the best and most competitive offers and discounts for Esaad cardholders across all sectors, including the education sector, which is of great importance to employees and their families.

The scholarships offered include two scholarships in the Bachelor of Science in Marketing program, two scholarships in the Bachelor of Science in Finance program, two scholarships in the Master of Science in Digital Business program, and two scholarships in the Master of Science in Corporate Finance program. The scholarships cover tuition fees only, excluding additional expenses, and require the student to be a citizen, have a high school GPA of more than 3.5, possess an IELTS certificate, and pass the university entrance exam.
