As part of the grand opening ceremony of Plekhanov University’s Dubai campus, Her Highness Sheikha Maryam Bint Mohammed Bin Ahmed Al Maktoum and Svetlana Malkarova signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
The agreement aims to develop educational programs and joint initiatives in the fields of science and technology, and to exchange experience and knowledge between Russia and the United Arab Emirates.
Furthermore, the parties agreed on regular meetings and joint projects, which will help achieve the agreement's goals and significantly advance their relations.
