Workshop on human-centred AI in hospitality

A complimentary workshop on human-centred AI in hospitality, where we will explore how AI can enhance the guest journey without losing the human touch. Using open-innovation frameworks, participants will walk through a staged guest journey to evaluate and validate AI solutions built with human-centred design principles.
This workshop is co-hosted by Plekhanov University, in collaboration with Inntelo AI, and Thinkers Garden, and will take place on 9 December 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at our Dubai Knowledge Park campus.
