All-Russian UNESCO Chairs Congress - 2025 at Plekhanov University

The Coordination Committee of UNESCO Chairs in Russia has decided to hold the All-Russian UNESCO Chairs Congress on May 20, 2025, at Plekhanov University.
The Director of Plekhanov University in Dubai, Head of the UNESCO Chair "Social, Legal, and Ethical Foundations of Knowledge Society Formation (Information Society)," and member of the Coordination Committee of UNESCO Chairs of the Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO, Svetlana Malkarova, noted: "The Russian Federation, represented by more than 50 UNESCO Chairs, has always defined the development vector of the UNESCO organization. At the upcoming congress, we expect an innovative approach to the interaction of UNESCO Chairs. The Commission of the Russian Federation for UNESCO has developed a strategy for a cluster approach to interaction and cooperation. At the congress, we plan to discuss this and other strategic issues that will determine the activities of the chairs for the next four years."
