Student Finance Policy
Plekhanov University in Dubai has a specific payment policy for all programs. All tuition fees must be paid 5 working days before each academic year or semester starts. The student may be expelled for non-payment of tuition within the time limits specified in the tuition agreement.

Tuition payment plans
Students are offered three payment options:
- For the entire period of study;
- For the year of study;
- For one semester.

Plekhanov University offers a scholarship system to support and encourage students who achieve outstanding results in academics, research, and sports.

1. Early Admission Scholarship

Application Process
- Students must submit an application to the university before the deadline.
- Approved scholarships are formalized through an additional agreement to the contract.
- Applications are subject to review by a commission.
Renewal and Cancellation
- All scholarships are subject to review each semester.
- Students must maintain high academic performance to continue receiving the scholarship.
- Scholarships will be revoked if students fail exams or violate university policies.
Special Cases
- Students transferring between programs may lose their scholarship.
- Students taking an academic break may lose their scholarship.
